Thanasis is a freelance cinematographer based in LA.  Focusing in the world of sports documentaries, clients include NBA Entertainment, UFC, Hock Films and ESPN 30 for 30 series.   

Capturing moments as the drama unfolds in the sports world is what Thanasis has excelled at over the last decade of filming.   

Starting off Thanasis worked with NBA Entertainment as an editor and producer, learning the art of storytelling through emmy award winning documentaries (The Doctor, Bad Boys).  Outside the edit room, Thanasis filmed for NBA TVs running documentary series, 'The Association' as well as nba entertainment documentaries.  

Prolific in cameras ranging from DLSRs,Arri, RED and Phantom, as well gimbals (dji Ronin) and drones (dji phantom series.
